Comic book movies continue to take over the big screen. And whether you’re a fan of them or not, and just want to see something fun and over the top, you could always rely on one.
Take “Deadpool,” for example, which hits theaters Feb. 12, or “Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice” on March 25.
The CW network aired footage of some of this year’s and next year’s highly-anticipated blockbusters in the DC films universe on Jan. 19. “Batman V. Superman” and “Wonder Woman” were among the lineup.
But the one movie that blew up on social media immediately after its first official trailer was released was “Suicide Squad.” Unlike the movies mentioned earlier, “Suicide Squad” focuses on the “worst heroes ever” or the bad guys.
The Queen classic “Bohemian Rhapsody” compliments the trailer and is worth watching again and again. We see Academy Award winning actor Jared Leto’s Joker in action (sort of) and Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn having fun. Some say she stole the show.
See for yourself!
“Suicide Squad” hits theaters Aug. 5.
